Sip your cocktail along one of the long leather-covered benches in the back, or retire to the adjacent Cognac Room, a sultry lounge with soft couches and wooden cabinets filled with Biltmore memorabilia from the first half of the twentieth century. 

Enjoy a delicious food menu, featuring sushi and sashimi fresh from the hotel's own Sai Sai restaurant , plus items like a Kobe Burger with apple-smoked bacon and portobello mushrooms, Maine Lobster club sandwich, Chicken and Shrimp Quesadilla, petit sliders, fresh desserts and an International Cheese Plate perfect for pairing with one of the bar's many wines.  Live jazz entertainment on weekends.
