It's the occasion you've dreamed about, a momentous event to celebrate with friends and family by your side. It's about making memories to cherish for a lifetime.

From the first pop of a champagne cork to the final farewells, every detail of your celebration is in expert hands. Relying on experience, training, tradition and a caring attitude, our events team will help you determine an overall vision for your big day and execute every detail.

That includes setting an event budget, deciding on a menu, arranging table settings, finding florists,  photographers, music...all that you dream of to make this day the most memorable day of your life.

Our warm and intimate Alumni Room accommodates up to 50 guests the evening before your special day for a rehearsal dinner. The stately furnishings and charming décor set the tone for a lovely evening. Afterwards, visit the Varsity Lounge for drinks and get reacquainted with out-of-town guests. In the morning, enjoy breakfast at Bel Gusto before the events of your big day.

The day of your celebration, you can retreat to the gorgeous Bridal Parlor. The ample space of the parlor offers a wonderful place to prepare, take photographs and refresh while you enjoy hors d’oeuvres before the reception begins.

Each ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests and features a neutral backdrop for flowers, candlelit centerpieces and a multitude of lighting options.
