The Millennium Hotel Durham is one of Durham's premier meeting and conference centers with more than 16,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space including two ballrooms, eight conference suites, two meeting rooms, and an executive boardroom. 

The Greenbriar Ballroom is located on the second floor with the Brightleaf Ballroom on the third floor. Both ballrooms have beautiful pre-function space for breaks, receptions, or even lunches. The ballrooms are 3,864 square feet each and are divisible into four equal chambers.

Our eight conference suites are 754 square feet each and provide flexibility for breakouts or for smaller programs.

Suite 503 is a pre-set boardroom and Suite 605 is ideal for an intimate reception.

The Alumni Room is 925 square feet and provides a unique library atmosphere for meetings or events.

The Faculty Boardroom is adjacent to Bel Gusto's, which makes it convenient for a lunch meeting. This meeting room is 384 square feet.

The spacious Executive Boardroom is 960 square feet and features a mahogany conference table that seats up to 24 in leather executive chairs. The Executive Boardroom is located on our Club Floor and is perfect for creating a meeting package that includes guest rooms.

The hotel’s experienced convention services team will help you design your event and our trained banquet professionals will make certain every promise is fulfilled.

Complete audio-visual services are available with equipment and AV technicians on property to assist with your presentation needs.

Meeting and conference rooms are equipped with High Speed Internet Access and Direct Dial Phone Lines.
