News|Hotel Makes Major ImprovementsIncluded in the continuous efforts to become a more inviting place for guests, the Millennium
Hotel Cincinnati has put a lot of work and money into improving its appearance. Among some of the
recent improvements, hundreds of thousands of dollars have been put into the South Tower Lobby
project. This included new carpeting, furniture and lighting. More improvements will continue to be
added in the coming months, but the atmosphere and comfort level has already changed for the
better.
A major enhancement in culinary operations at the hotel was also recently completed with the
renovation of the central kitchen near the Grand Ballroom. This full service kitchen allows for
culinary preparations to be made and conveniently served to guests in the Grand Ballroom and other
nearby banquet areas.
Looking to continue improvements in 2008, new a new bedding package will be implemented in all
north and south tower rooms, 37” plasma televisions will be placed in half of the guest rooms, and
a complete renovation of the public restrooms on the first and second floors will be made.
All of these renovations are being made to help the Millennium Hotel Cincinnati fulfill its mission: “ To become the friendliest, cleanest, and most admired hotel in the Greater Cincinnati area, by consistently exceeding guest and owner expectations through highly motivated, knowledgeable and caring associates trained and empowered to deliver the best customer service to every guest, every day.” |
