News|See the world beneath your feet in CincinnatiVisitors to the city's Museum Centre at Union Terminal will be able to go underground in a simulated limestone cave, modeled on those in the tri-state region of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. People of all abilities can take part, with two trails catering for both beginners and advanced levels, meaning people staying at the Millennium Hotel Cincinnati, among others, need not be put off. The former option allows for wheelchair access and has lookout points to the advanced trail below, which offers views of a waterfall, an underground stream and a formation chamber. Wildlife enthusiasts may also be pleased to hear it is home to the museum's Big Brown Bat colony. There are two levels and a total of 500 feet of dark passageways. People can get to know the subject a little better at the Omnimax Theatre, where Journey into Amazing Caves is screened, offering a cinematic version of the experience in Greenland, the Yucatan Peninsula and the Grand Canyon.
