HSBC Arena in Buffalo is the premier sports and entertainment venue in Western New York. Located on Buffalo’s waterfront, HSBC Arena is primarily known as the home stadium of the Buffalo Sabres of the National Hockey League. It is also the home of the Buffalo Bandits of the National Lacrosse League.

Some wrestling events were held in the arena and began with the then WWF’s ‘Fully Loaded’ in 1999 and went on to host a range of events since then including the 2008 WWE ‘Armageddon’.

Besides music and sports matches, the arena holds spectacular attractions such as the AMP Monster Truck Thunder Slam. This event involved a range of car crushing and exciting stunts featuring monster trucks. For those who like vehicular destruction, the Thunder Slam is the ultimate event.

Another interesting attraction that makes its way to the HSBC Arena are the Cirque du Soleil’s various shows. The Cirque du Soleil presents all kinds of magnificent musical shows that include various acrobatics and aerial stunts which are a major crowd pleaser.
