Vocal ensemble Straight No Chaser hit New York

Date From 14 February 2013 To 14 February 2013
Address Beacon Theatre, 2124 Broadway, New York, NY 10023, United States

Straight No Chaser are a contemporary pop music phenomenon - and they promise to deliver a simply unmissable show at the Beacon Theatre in New York on February 14th.

Originally formed when the group members were students together at Indiana University over 12 years ago, they went on a brief hiatus.

However, when they emerged from this, the band accrued a massive, dedicated fan base, thanks to more than 20 million views of their songs on YouTube.

A selection of national TV appearances peppered this success, as well as a pair of hit holiday releases - 2008's Holiday Spirits and 2009's Christmas Cheers.

They offer a welcome dose of authenticity at a time when a great deal of pop music is the product of digital processing and vocal pro-tooling.

Residents at the Millennium Broadway Hotel New York will be able to get to the venue in around ten minutes if they drive or jump in a taxi.
