New York is awash with superb museums and galleries and you will find it difficult to get around them all during your stay.

With this in mind, it is perhaps worth mapping out which places you really want to see the most.

One complex that will feature high up on many people's list is the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), which can be found on West Street.

It puts on a number of intriguing exhibitions such as Quay Brothers: On Deciphering the Pharmacist's Prescription for Lip-Reading Puppets, which will launch on August 12th.

This particular collection - which features the work of internationally renowned moving image artists and designers the Quay Brothers - will be showcased on the second floor of the museum.

It will run until January 7th 2013, so people who are planning to travel to New York later this year won't miss out.

The MoMA is conveniently placed for people staying at the Millennium Broadway Hotel New York, as it is just a short walk along 6th Avenue.
