The Allman Brothers Band return to New York

Date From 01 March 2013 To 16 March 2013
Address Beacon Theatre, 2124 Broadway, New York, NY 10023, United States

The Allman Brothers Band are rock legends - formed in the late 1960s by Gregg and Duane Allman.

A massive degree of critical acclaim and commercial success followed in the early 1970s.

Original songs like In Memory of Elizabeth Reed, Jessica, Little Martha, Melissa and Midnight Rider endeared them to the hearts of an entire generation of rock fans.

However, following the tragic death of Duane Allman in a motorcycle accident, the band took a break.

Following a reunion in 1989, the group has been a staple of the live music circuit - and their shows are really not to be missed.

From March 1st to the 16th, they will be playing a string of ten concerts at the Beacon Theatre in New York.

Visitors to the city who wish to head out to one of the performances may wish to consider booking rooms at the Millennium Broadway Hotel New York.

The accommodation is a mere ten-minute taxi ride away from the venue.
