Anything Goes is a classic musical that has really stood the test of time and theater fans will be able to see why if they are in New York this year.
The Stephen Sondheim Theater is playing host to the production, which won an amazing three Tony Awards in 2011 when it was revived for a new generation, having first premiered way back in 1934.
With lyrics by Cole Porter and songs including I Get A Kick Out of You, Anything Goes tells the story of Billy Crocker, who is a stowaway on an ocean liner sailing from New York to London.
He falls in love with heiress Hope Harcourt and even though she is engaged to Lord Evelyn Oakleigh, Billy enlists the help of nightclub singer Reno Sweeney and pal Moonface Martin to try and win her heart.
Entertainment Weekly called the musical "a merry, sparkling production", so you may wish to check it out for yourself if you happen to be staying in New York hotels while it is showing.
The upscale accommodation at the Millennium Broadway Hotel New York could be the perfect base, as it is less than a block away from the Stephen Sondheim Theater.
