"I want to convey my husband and my extreme gratitude to the Millennium and especially to Ashley Baker for a most amazing and perfect wedding for our daughter. Initially when we contracted with the Millennium we had another rep, Kimberly Findlay. When I was informed that we were then to have Ashley Baker handling our wedding I was a bit concerned because I had not met her. But from the initial email to the subsequent meetings in Boston with Ashley, I was elated that she was handling everything. Our daughter lives in New York City and we live in Ohio so I had to put my complete faith in Ashley. She surpassed all expectations and went beyond what she needed to do. Every email was promptly answered, every phone call ended in a successful conversation and not once did my concerns seem outrageous or inappropriate to her. She was in contact with all our vendors making sure everything was set. She was extremely professional in every manner. And on this previous wedding weekend when I am sure everyone is a bit nervous - she was supremely comforting and reassuring that she would have everything the way we envisioned - and she was right! And our sincere appreciation to all your staff and to the director of food and service for amazing meals that were professionally served and elegant. The majority of the guests were from the Boston area but we had guests from the West Coast to England and all we heard were accolades. We had but one chance to have the perfect wedding....and Ashley and your Millennium staff made that happen. Our most sincere thanks - we will never forget our Millennium Bostonian wedding!"
