Don't miss Steven Wright in Boston

Date From 01 December 2012 To 02 December 2012
Address Wilbur Theatre, 246 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02116, United States

Steven Wright is a stand-up comedian who has become renowned for his lethargic, slow and deadpan delivery.

This perfectly complements his sense of humour, which is characterised by ironic, philosophical and sometimes even nonsensical jokes.

He tends to fall back on figures of speech and one-liners that are deliberately contrived.

Debut comedy album I Have a Pony was released in 1985 to considerable acclaim - and this was belatedly followed up in 2007 with I Still Have a Pony.

On December 1st and 2nd, Wright will be entertaining audiences at the Wilbur Theatre in Boston.

This promises to be a hilarious show - and tickets cost between $30 and $40, plus booking fees.

Holidaymakers heading down to the city for one of these shows may wish to consider booking rooms at the Millennium Bostonian Hotel Boston.

This is located a convenient 20-minute walk away from the venue - or the distance can be covered in five minutes by jumping in a taxi.
