* Red Palace:
The Red Palace (or Red Fort) is an important piece of indigenous architecture in the state of Kuwait.
It was built in an important strategic position by Mubarak Al Sabah in 1914-1915, at the intersection of three major caravans and innovation routes, 24 kilometers west of Kuwait city. Actually a red mud and brick fort located in Al-Jahra district, this site cannot be mentioned without recalling the famous battle of Al-Jahra, in which the Kuwait is triumphed over the ikhwan in 1920. It was the Kuwaiti's fortress and defensive position during the battle.
