Terms & Conditions:

• Rates quoted are for room only.
• Minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
• Discount is applicable for all bookings made for minimum 3 nights or more and is applied to the Best Available Rate.
• Rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
• A One Night Non Refundable deposit will be charged to credit card upon confirmation of room reservation.
• All cancellations will be charged a penalty of 1 night stay.
• Amendments can be made up to 48 hours prior to 14:00 hrs local hotel time on the intended date of arrival within the original promotion.
• Amendments will be subject to a re-calculation of rates which may be equal or more than the original reservation.
• Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
• Leisure for Longer Rate does not apply to group bookings.
• Bookings are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
• No accrual of any airline mileage
• 10% Commissionable for Bonafide Travel Agents
