• Rates quoted are for room only.
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
• Discount is applicable for all bookings made for minimum 3 nights or more and is applied to the Best Available Rate available at the point of booking.
• Rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 7% GST.The cost of one night will be taken from your card within 24 hours of your reservation being made and is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
• Amendments can be made free of charge up to 48 hours prior to 2pm local hotel time on the intended date of arrival within the original promotion.
• Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
• Leisure for Longer Rate does not apply to group bookings.
• Bookings are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

• No accrual of any airline mileage.
• 10% Commissionable for Bonafide Travel Agents.
• Payment by credit card will only be accepted with the credit card holder's presence upon check in & check out with physical card. The hotel accepts all major credit cards.
