Both fashion and food lovers are set to descend on Paris for an event which fuses the two so well, Thés à la Mode, or Fashion tea Time.

The event always takes place on the first Saturday of February, February 4th this year, and brings together two of Paris' most infamous attractions, food and fashion in one luxurious afternoon.

It takes place at the iconic Le Bristol hotel, set in the heart of rue du Faubourg St Honoré, one of the city's most desirable fashion areas, and includes both a fashion catwalk from a top Parisian designer and a gourmet afternoon tea.

The event will take place in the hotel's bar, which is often frequented by the city's a-list, and will see the hotel's pastry chef create a cake to match the fashion designer's theme.

Previous fashion shows for the event have been included new collections by Yves Saint Laurent, Givenchy and Versace.
