Paris Art and Design (PAD) aims to create a dialogue between historical and contemporary design, modern art and jewellery when it takes place in the French capital in late March and early April.
The event is set to run from March 27th to April 1st, bringing scores of arts and design enthusiasts and collectors to Tuileries in Paris.
According to the organisers, PAD has continuously reinvented itself since its debut 17 years ago, but still seeks to offer an "intimate cocoon" for exhibitors that have made decorative art and design the central tenet of their collection. This year's edition will place a greater focus on primitive art than ever before.
Arts enthusiasts keen to attend the event should note that PAD is open from 11:00 to 8:00 pm CET throughout its run, apart from on Friday March 29th when it closes at the later time of 10:00 pm.
Tuileries, located on the Esplanade des Feuillants, is around a 30-minute drive from the Millennium Hotel Paris Opera, which could be the ideal accommodation for anyone looking to visit PAD.
