Art Paris, one of the French capital's biggest and most prestigious cultural events, is heading to the Grand Palais in late March.
This year's edition will bring together 143 galleries from 20 different nations under the glass roof of the Grand Palais, with Russia named as this year's guest of honour.
Dedicated to presenting modern and contemporary artwork, the event - which carries the full title of the Art Paris Art Fair - aims to focus on the thriving creative scenes of central and eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
A total of 73 newcomers will exhibit at the 2013 fair, including London's Laurent Delaye Gallery, Michel Soskine in Madrid and Milan's Mimmo Scognamiglio.
Russia, as the country of honour, will be showcased in a dedicated central space containing works from ten galleries hailing from a string of Russian cities.
The Millennium Hotel Paris Opera could be the ideal venue for art buffs keen to attend the event, as the accommodation is just an 11-minute drive from the Grand Palais.
