The Theater am Aegi in Hannover is set to stage a new production about the life of legendary singer-songwriter Johnny Cash.
Entitled Hello, I'm Johnny Cash - The Musical, the show promises to delight old fans of the master musician - and hopefully bring a new generation to his music.
Cash was one of the most influential figures in American music and pop culture - and he was absolutely defined by his stage presence.
Gunter Gabriel is the actor who is tasked with projecting the passion, the music and the life of Cash.
He will also be performing a range of his best-loved hits, including Walk the Line, Ring of Fire and Ain't No Grave.
Visitors to the city could do much worse than book rooms in the Copthorne Hotel Hannover - as it is located a short, 15-minute drive away from the venue - so getting there could be a simple matter of jumping in a taxi.
