|Thrifty Car Rental partners with Emirates Skywards
Under the deal, members of the Skywards programme will receive bonus miles on rentals of any car type.
If they use Thrifty within the UAE, they will earn 500 miles for rentals of one to two days, 750 miles for rentals of three to four days and 1,000 miles if they rent cars for more than 5 days.
Brian Carpenter, vice president of sales, marketing and advertising for Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, which owns the rental company, said: "This new relationship will be beneficial to consumers who enjoy travelling to some of the world's greatest destinations - and enjoy a great value at the same time."
This offer is available until December 31, when customers make an advance reservation using promotional code EK1K.
So now you can drive around from your Abu Dhabi hotel to other destinations in the UAE, all the while earning points which will help you visit the Emirates again.
