|Rugby World Cup Sevens comes to Dubai
A range of national teams from around the world will be competing during the three-day competition and fans staying in a Dubai hotel may have an opportunity to soak in the atmosphere.
England have performed well in recent years, reaching the finals in four of the past five competitions and currently occupying the joint number one slot in the world rankings.
Ben Ryan, the England coach, told scrum.com: "We're in a position where luckily this time around we're one of the big sides, it's up to us. I keep telling the boys that this World Cup won't be decided by luck, it will be decided by choice. It should be our choice."
He added that the team was full of confidence for the matches ahead. They will face Tunisia, Kenya and Zimbabwe in the initial group stages.
The tournament was played in Hong Kong in 2005.
