|New F1 track exhibition in Abu Dhabi
Running until November 30th at the Emirates Palace, the exhibition's centrepiece is an interactive model of the track.
Commenting, Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, chairman of ADMM, said: "Yas Marina Circuit represents a significant investment in leading edge sporting infrastructure. It is a state-of-the-art piece of engineering, design and construction."
He added that the circuit is part of a tange "of home-grown initiatives that will positively change the shape of Abu Dhabi in the months and years ahead".
In addition to the centrepiece, the model also shows the circuit's other new features like the karting track, dragstrip, business park, team buildings and the grandstands.
The season finale of the Grand Prix will be held on November 15th 2009 at the Yas Marina Circuit so those interested should book an Abu Dhabi hotel soon.
