For the second year running, Abu Dhabi has been declared the best of nearly 20 Arab cities in which to live, with Dubai coming in second place.

According to kippreport.com, major Arabic-language business newspaper Saneou Al Hadath announced the results of the survey based on a number of international studies, as well as a wide range of factors including communication and transportation, health, business and education.
