Three young theatre performers have been revealed who will play Michael Jackson as a child in the forthcoming Thriller Live show in London.

Layton Williams and Sterling Williams, who have appeared in the stage shows Billy Elliott and The Lion King respectively, will play the young Michael Jackson in the show along with newcomer Kieran Alleyne.

Gary Lloyd, director and choreographer of Thriller Live, described the show as "a concert strung together through video effects and narrative", according to the Official London Theatre Guide.

"I grew up on Michael Jackson and he was the ultimate inspiration for anybody wanting to go into this industry," he added.

"We're all extremely excited that we're opening in the West End because we've worked really hard putting the show on tour and we think that more people need to see it."

London hotel visitors will be able to see Thriller Live at the Lyric Theatre, where it will open on January 21st with an initial run until April 12th 2009.
