|London to celebrate Asian culture
The London Mela is one of the biggest events of its kind in Europe and has reportedly been described in the past as the Asian Glastonbury.
Taking place on August 10th, the festival will feature live music, dance and performances provided by groups from the UK and overseas.
The main stage will feature established and upcoming Asian artists, while other stages will focus on musical genres including classical and electronica and community and cabaret performances.
All communities and generations are welcome to attend the event, with more than 60,000 revellers expected to show up on the day.
London hotel visitors will be able to enjoy the celebrations at Gunnersbury Park in West London from midday until 20:30 on August 10th.
