|Discover Anthony Caro at the Portrait Gallery
The National Portrait Gallery is hosting a show of some of Caro's work that will run until September 7th this year.
Since the early 1960s, Caro has been an influential figure in the field of abstract sculpture, often using pieces of scrap steel welded together.
He has also experimented with materials including bronze, lead, ceramics, silver wood and paper.
In the past 20 years, Caro has shown an interest in the human form, which was represented in four large bronze head sculptures of his wife, Sheila, created in 1988-89.
London hotel visitors will be able to see these pieces on display at the National Portrait Gallery's Balcony gallery.
