|Dame Kiri to perform at Cadogan Hall
The much-loved soprano from New Zealand will present a Christmas gala concert on December 23rd with support from Jonathan Papp on the piano.
Dame Kiri will offer a perfect way for audiences to remember Christmas 2008 as she sings seasonal classics, songs and arias from some of her favourite operas.
Ever since she was seen and heard around the world by some 600 million people singing Handel's Let the Bright Seraphim at the wedding of Prince Charles and Princess Diana in 1981, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa has been a household name.
Her performance this month will be one of a number of festive shows at Cadogan Hall, a venue that west London hotel visitors will find on Sloan Terrace.
On December 16th, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra will present a Christmas performance that will include Tchaikovsky's Waltz of the Flowers, Bernard's Winter Wonderland and many others.
