|Singapore Airlines 'offering great deals'
According to industry website Business Standard the airline has been offering some cheap flight deals, but travellers will need to be on the ball to spot these deals when the come up.
The news site said: "Singapore Airlines, under its aptly-named offer Exceptional Value Deals, has been announcing an all-inclusive fare to Singapore for just Rs 11,000 (£144).
"But this was a limited period offer, only for a week, valid for bookings made till yesterday. We hope you made good use of it."
Holidaymakers are advised that this deal was not a one-off and are told there are other bargains out there from the airline.
VisitSingapore recommends that nature-loving holidaymakers take a trip to its Butterfly Park and Insect Kingdom during their stay, where a whole host of creepy crawlies are on display.
