|Sample Asian Food Delights in Singapore
Between August 28th and 30th the Asian Food Delights 2009 show will take place between 11:00 and 22:00 local time each day at the Singapore Expo venue.
Visit Singapore says: "Following the success of the event in 2008, the Asian Food Delights 2009 showcases a gastronomic spread of Asian Cuisine and promotion of healthy living for adults and kids alike."
Attendees will be able to sample a range of new products and buy quality food at competitive prices, while the show itself is free to browse.
Earlier this year, Singapore was named the best sight-seeing city in the Asia Pacific region at the Seoul Tourism Awards.
The city's tourist authority's web presence also received an accolade at the awards evening.
"We are very honoured to be the recipient of these two prestigious awards in acknowledgement of our attractive tourism product offerings and quality infrastructure as well as our effective online marketing efforts," said Ken Low, assistant chief executive at Singapore Tourism Board.
