|BA moves Singapore flights to Terminal 3
As of October 29th, passengers at Heathrow will arrive at the newly renovated terminal, where passengers heading to Sydney and Bangkok will also depart.
The airline said in a press release: "Singaporean travellers will receive a contemporary travel experience with a smooth, swift and reliable service."
It stressed the excellent retail opportunities at Terminal 3, where there is an array of bars and restaurants, as well as private lounges for executive club gold or silver members.
Meanwhile, Singapore-based budget carrier Jetstar has announced plans to expand its flight options at the Asian hub, launching a range of new routes to mainland China.
Company chief executive Chong Phit Lian said: "Mainland China has immense potential for Jetstar's low fares offering and the broader Jetstar group network destinations."
