|Xmas entertainment from Wintuk in NYC
The Cirque du Soleil show will be on at Madison Square Garden for selected dates throughout December.
A few performances are also due to take place in January 2009 for anyone looking for a New Year treat.
The plot of the show is centered around the character of Jamie, a young boy who lives in the world of 'Wintuk', or winter.
Jamie is on a quest to discover why, despite the fact that it is extremely cold, no snow has fallen in Wintuk.
He meets various characters along the way, including the Shadow Girl and a number of puppets.
Tickets for Wintuk vary in price, ranging from $40 to $150 and are available for purchase online.
