|Rusted Root live in NYC
Rusted Root, the popular US jamband, are going to appear live in concert in New York City next
month.
The group will be playing at the Nokia Theatre in Times Square on Friday, October 3rd with
the concert scheduled to begin at 7pm.
Originally from Badger, Pennsylvania, Rusted Root formed in 1990 and comprise lead singer
Michael Glabicki, percussionist Liz Berlin, bass player Patrick Norman and drummer Jason Miller.
The band also features Colten Harper, Preach Freedom and Dirk Miller, who work as backing
singers and guitarists or percussionists.
They have released seven studio albums, including a live recording and a best of, and have
enjoyed a good level of commercial success.
Rusted Root have also provided songs for many TV and film soundtracks, including the hit show
Ally McBeal and the movies Twister and Home for the Holidays.
As well as their NYC gig, the band will be playing at a host of other locations throughout
the US, including Philadelphia and Washington.
