|Oasis set to rock NYC
Oasis, fronted by Liam Gallagher, will take to the stage at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, December 17th.
The gig is due to start at 7.30pm and ticket prices vary from $39.50 to $79.50 depending on seating.
Oasis will be supported by alt-country rock outfit Ryan Adams and the Cardinals.
Formed in Manchester, England in 1991, Oasis were one of the most important and influential bands of the 1990s.
With all songs initially written by Liam's older brother Noel, the band produced a string of hit singles and their first two albums were critically acclaimed and hugely successful commercially.
Now on their eighth studio release and with a new line-up, save for the Gallagher brothers, Oasis are still selling albums in their millions and selling out concert venues the world over.
