Mr. Ng, graduated in hotel management in the UK back in 1976 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality. His strength entails all aspects of hotel and club management – from conceptualization, operation and to business delivery. His global experiences in opening and operating luxury international chain brands are innumerable. Chee has been with MCIL for the past 13 years and is the catalyst behind all project development for the Group.
Tang Kwok Seng
Group Director, Engineering
Mr Tang has accumulated 25 years in the Hotel Building and Construction sector; with more than 10 years of service as an M & E consultant. His experience covers project planning, project execution and project control in both local and overseas projects, and has also gained expertise in energy conservation programmes and hotel operations. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Degree in Building Construction Management and Economics.
Director, Design and Planning
Frederick is a Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore. His experience includes planning, designing and supervising a wide ranges of projects in Singapore and overseas. In his current capacity, he oversees the design and development of hotel building projects in Singapore and the Asia region. Prior to joining MCIL, Frederick was practicing as an architect in a multi-disciplinary consultancy firm for 13 years and served as VP of an architectural division.
Financial Controller, Greater China
Pheobus graduated with a MBA from the University of Bradford. He is a fellow member of ACCA with extensive experience in China, and familiar with relevant accounting & tax regulation. Pheobus oversees and evaluate on the financial and investment aspect for hotel developments.
Hotel Development Executive, Greater China
Mia graduated from School of Hospitality Management - Master Degree Program of Florida International University, United States. She has been with the M&C Greater China office since July 2011. Mia is involved in ongoing and potential hotel development projects for M&C in Greater China. Her role also includes initial company and market research and basic feasibility study with potential owners/developers.
Wong Pei Shy
Pei Shy graduated with an Advance Diploma in Management from Kaplan Higher Education Institute of Singapore and she has 8 years of audit and finance experience in a similar capacity including Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel and Grand Shanghai Restaurant. Prior to joining the company recently, she was an Income Auditor with a renowned hotel in Singapore. Her role with MCIL will be to oversee and manage all administrative issues and matters.
