Layout
We uses CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) for positioning and styling its content, thus increasing the accessibility of the website. If your browser does not support CSS, you will still be able to fully access all the resources as usual. Users also can change the style sheets in their browsers to make viewing easier for their individual requirements.

In IE
Click on Tools -> Internet Options -> Accessibility
Check "Format documents using my style sheet" and browse for your file.

In Netscape
Click on Edit -> Preferences -> Appearance
Then specify your own colours and fonts.
