Providing evidences of Dubai in its ancient past, Heritage Village Hatta is the name given to this beautifully restored village located on the rocky Hatta Mountain. It is one of the best places to learn about traditional architecture, and Emirati lifestyle. This village containing 30 buildings can be traced back to a period of 2000-3000 years.

Unique features in the village are the barsati homes and mud houses. Barsati homes is a concept of incremental spacing and runs parallel to the housing programs in the city and is considered as an effective housing strategy for the urban dwellers.

The two towers which are named as the two stones were built as defense fortresses against foreign invasions. This diving village includes a museum that displays fishing techniques and marine traditions. Free demonstrations on pearl diving are also included in this diving village package.
